Client Service Manager - Heading the client service team and managing the client help desk, 1st line technical support, client relationship manager with 10 years' experience validating and handling client data and enquiries.  His aim is to consistently give an excellent client experience.

I have good interaction with the clients and the work is good with lots of variety. It’s a pleasant place to work and the people are friendly (and I can get home for lunch in about 3 minutes!).
