We're surveying Northern Gas Network's team for behavioural safety
Challenge:
- Northern Gas Networks had recently invested in significant process re-engineering and field force training for the management of gas escapes. They now wanted to understand how behaviourally safe their work sites were.
Solution:
- We developed and deployed a digital pen based solution to survey workers in the chosen area.
Benefits:
- The survey was completed in a number of weeks.
- Users found the equipment effective and easy to use.
- The workforce was surveyed in 2014, after the initial survey was undertaken in 2008. This enabled management to show how things had improved across the period.
