Alerts can be sent to all field users, or groups of field users. The alerts are sent, controlled and managed centrally. Users receive the alerts and as soon as they access their tablet device the alert will be highly visible.
Alerts can be linked to documents that are stored in the document management system, which enables you to keep your workforce up to date.
Alerts can also be linked to forms that are managed in the forms data capture application, enabling you to collect information from your users once an alert has been sent out and read.
Central management and control of the alerts
The central system keeps a record of which users have received the alerts, and which users have read and responded to alerts. A full audit trail is available from within the central system enabling you to take action if users are not responding to your alerts.
Alerts can be used to:
- Issue health and safety bulletins
- Send out tool box talk information
- Advise users that process documentation has been updated
- Issue job notifications
